Summer Programme

A whole range of different activities for all ages are available across the city during the summer holidays. Organised and co-ordinated by the Council's Community Learning and Development teams, many of these activities are free or available for only a small cost.

With everything from biking and climbing to video-making, animation and creative writing, there's bound to be something to interest you or your children. There are also trips to visitor attractions and sporting facilities in Edinburgh and beyond.

A consent form (PDF) must be filled in for each activity and handed to the activity leaders on the day. To book one of the outdoor activities at Bangholm, please use the outdoor activities booking form (Word). All other activities can be booked by contacting the centre directly.
