NoiseAdvice and assistance is available from the Noise service, part of the Community Protection Division of Services for Communities. The Noise service can deal with noise arising from:
Where the noise can be shown to be a statutory noise nuisance a notice can be served requiring the abatement of the nuisance. Noise service will visit day or night, as appropriate, in order to investigate complaints.
