Antisocial behaviourAntisocial behaviour problems have many causes and a range of possible solutions from mediation to Antisocial Behaviour Orders (ASBOs). The local Community Safety Teams will deal with neighbour to neighbour complaints and problems which will affect the wider community. The Community Safety Teams work with victims, gather evidence and act as professional witnesses so that further action can be taken. The City of Edinburgh Council will endeavour to resolve such problems by use of the PIER approach (Prevention, Intervention, Enforcement and Rehabilitation).
