Factoring service for homeowners in tenement stairs

Edinburgh Stair Partnership (ESP) is a property management service that helps homeowners organise common repairs and regular maintenance of their tenements by taking out the hassle and worry of organising all owners in a stair to make repairs. 

The Council has recently made some difficult budget decisions to save over £90m in the next three years.   A decision has been taken to withdraw the service provided by ESP.  However, please be assured that all contractual obligations which exist with current members will be met.  Unfortunately, ESP will now be unable to accept any new members.

Edinburgh Stair Partnership provides the following services for exisiting members:

• processing applications; issuing, collecting and processing contracts; raising invoices and processing contractor invoices
• a surveyor's inspection of the building followed by a report that includes budget estimates for repairs that the inspector identifies
• a stair meeting with the surveyor and property manager to discuss the inspection report and provide advice to the owners on repair or maintenance solutions.
