Your landlord registration lasts for three years from the date of approval. You must keep the information held on the register up to date.

Renewing online

This is the quickest and cheapest way to renew your registration.  If you want to renew your registration online, visit the Scottish Government's National Landlord Registration web pages. Use our help document to guide you through the renewal process.

We recommend that you download and use a hard copy of the document during your renewal application.

Renewing by paper application

If you cannot renew online, please contact us. We will send you a renewal form, which you can complete. Once you have completed this, sign and return the form with the renewal fee.
