If you are a coach, student, club member or parent, and think you can help get more children, more active, more often then we would like to hear from you.

Coaching and volunteering opportunities

There may be the chance of paid coaching work, building experience and skills through volunteering, or helping to develop your own sports club. Through this, you can help increase the chances for children and young people to enjoy taking part in sport and physical activity.

Support to after school clubs

There are many ways that your skills and experience could help with the programme. Even if you are not sure, e-mail activeschools@edinburgh.gov.uk and you will be put in touch with your local Active Schools Co-ordinator. You can then work together to make a difference!

You do not have to sign all your free time away, every little bit helps. Whatever time you can give can make all the difference in making sure each child and young person in Edinburgh has the chance to lead a fun, healthy, active life.
