• 6,800 corporate desktops/laptops and 13,000 in schools.
• 417 Public Access desktops in 26 libraries.
• City-wide secure network supporting all services.
• Services to 98 corporate sites and 210 education sites.
• 170 hosted applications and databases.
• 565 packaged desktop applications.
• 4,500 lines carrying voice traffic.
• 6,898 corporate phone extensions.
