What people tell us about our performance

There are many opportunities for people to provide their opinion on how Edinburgh is performing.

The Edinburgh People's Survey (EPS) was introduced in 2010 to provide one large comprehensive survey of Edinburgh residents. This has replaced the previous Annual Neighbourhood Survey (ANS) and the Edinburgh Residents Survey (ERS).

In addition, the results of audits and inspections, as well as achievements in awards and accreditations, provide a useful indication on how Edinburgh is performing.
