Getting married in Edinburgh

Staff from the Registrars Office in Edinburgh will be at the following Wedding Fairs.

• Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th November 2011 at The Corn Exchange in Edinburgh from 11.00am to 4.30pm

• Saturday 12th November 2011 at the City Chambers in Edinburgh from 12noon to 4pm

• Sunday 13th November 2011 at the Braid Hills Hotel in Edinburgh from 12noon to 4pm
  

Come along and chat with staff about the facilities available for civil ceremonies both in the Registration Offices and at Approved Venues, we can also help couples to personalise their own ceremony by advising on ceremony format and content.

We can check availability and take bookings for the Registration Office at Lothian Chambers, and can advise on procedures for booking at any of the other offices and approved venues within Edinburgh Registration District.

We will also be able to give general advice on the legalities and preliminaries to Marriage whether it is Civil or Religious and on Civil Partnership Registrations.
