Economic Action Resilience Network
Economic Action Resilience Network (EARN)
As we emerge from recession into recovery it is vital that key stakeholders continue to work in partnership to support businesses, workforces and local communities. The City of Edinburgh Council is continuing to work with key organizations through EARN (Economic Action Resilience Network). This partnership was established in October 2008 in response to the economic downturn and will continue to operate as the key facilitator for the City's recovering economic status.
