Planning customer care charters

Planning Service Charters are available for each main service area in Planning and Strategy as follows:

• Planning Service Charter
• Planning Enforcement
• Street Naming
• Tree Protection

The Charters are aimed at clarifying the processes involved in the delivery of these services and are accompanied by the Service Standards which you can expect to receive.

Each Charter follows a similar format describing the processes of the service, opportunities for public involvement or comment, how decisions are made, how to make a complaint, and Contacts.

The Charters are subject to review, and are revised as required.
