Edinburgh Revisited - Public Space Public Life

A study entitled 'Edinburgh Revisited - Public Space Public Life' has been undertaken by Jan Gehl Architects on behalf of the Council.  The study looked at the quality of the pedestrian environment on Princes Street , George Street, Rose Street and connecting streets and spaces.  The findings from the study were reported to the Council's Policy and Strategy Committee on 22 February 2011 setting out the background, context and the next steps.
