Renew your residents' or priority parking permit
You can no longer renew your residents' or priority parking permit in person. However, using our self-service terminal at the Customer Hub you can apply online.
You can renew and manage your residents' parking permit online with our new service, NSL Apply. Please note you can only renew your application four weeks before your permit is due to expire. The option to renew will only appear in your account at that point.
You should have received an email to activate your account on our new system. Once you have received your NSL Apply activation email, you can renew your parking permit online.
Our online service will calculate your permit price for you. A renewal is for the same vehicle and starts the day after the expiry date of your current permit. If there is a gap between the expiry of your old permit and the start of your new permit you will need to make a new application.
Once you have logged into your account and clicked renew, you will be returned to the NSL Apply home page and your permit will show as “pending renewal”. Your renewal needs to be approved by us and this may take a few days. Once approved, you will receive an email asking you to log into your account to make payment.
At this time, the only payment option we can accept is to pay online after the application is approved. Paying via a registered card is currently not available. We would recommend that you do not register your card until this option has been turned on.
