Becoming a supplier
Across the Council, contracts worth over £700m provide a variety of works, goods and services for the people of Edinburgh.
We support companies who wish to become a supplier by providing information on our procurement process. The information below guides you to where you can find current contracts, upcoming opportunities and the regulations that govern the process.
Bidding for our contracts
All current and upcoming regulated tender notices are published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) website where you can note interest and bid. Framework providers and collaborative partners
We are required to review existing Council or collaborative frameworks that could achieve best value before undergoing a further competitive tender process. Currently, we collaborate with two framework providers.
