Beautiful venue, loads of great comments from guests, Staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Good value for money, particularly compared with the price of some other Edinburgh venues. The waiting staff were great, very polite.

They dealt with us calmly, efficiently and professionally even after some very last minute changes to the plan caused by bad weather on the day. I truly could not believe how smoothly things ran and nobody would have known that we had not originally planned them that way! We are so grateful to the staff for ensuring that everything was taken care of.

What a cracking day it was on the 19th March! You will have moved on to help other couples to enjoy the best day of their lives at the City Chambers, but we just wanted to take this opportunity to send our heartfelt thanks for all of your help.

When we first visited the Chambers looking for a venue, we were sold not only by the place itself, but by you too: Professional, friendly, helpful and informative.

The day itself was a blur, but raced by so seamlessly, because you made it so easy for us.

2nd October 2010: Wedding of Alastair Simpson and Sabrina Bremner

Ideal having the choice of rooms available, European Room was beautiful location for ceremony, Old Council Chamber was great for drinks reception, Main Council Chamber was stunning for reception/meal/ceilidh. Tables were beautifully laid out for dinner, all as instructed/expected. Good materials provided, lots of productive discussions during face to face meetings and excellent standard of email communication.

19th June 2010 Wedding Reception of Ms Neish & Mr Livingston

We would like to pass our customer satisfaction details to yourself as a testament to your staff. The event, from first viewing meeting to the actual event itself was catered for in a professional organised and engaging manner. No request was to big or to small to be addressed our day was made to feel very special and hassle free, we were able to embrace the beautiful setting and enjoy ourselves.
