If you disagree with our decision on your Scottish Welfare Fund application, we can explain the decision to you on the phone.
A different person in our team will review your application. We aim to carry out your review within two working days for crisis grants and 15 working days for community care grants.
Request a second review
If you still disagree with our decision, you can ask the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) to look at your case.
Ask the SPSO for a review or call on 0800 014 7299.
You must do this within one month of the first review decision date.
