Choose Youth Work

Vote for youth work projects in your area

Every year we award money to organisations in Edinburgh that provide youth work services and activities. Choose Youth Work invites young people aged 11 to 25 to decide how some of that money is spent by voting for projects and services designed for them.

Voting is open from 5 to 16 March 2018.

The easiest way to vote is online with a Young Scot card. See below for other ways to vote.

Vote in Choose Youth Work on the Young Scot website.

No Young Scot card?

Apply for a card online or in person at an Edinburgh Library.

If it’s too late to get a Young Scot card before the vote closes, contact us at chooseyouthwork@edinburgh.gov.uk and we’ll give you a number so you can vote.

You can vote in person at events. We will publish details here once we have confirmed them.

Use #chooseyouthwork to spread the word about the project and promote your favourite idea on social media.

Youth groups developed the proposals for projects.

We hope that by encouraging young people to be involved in developing and voting for activities more people will want to take part in them.
