Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry

Scotland’s Independent Child Abuse Inquiry was launched October 2015 to consider abuse of children in care. The aim of the inquiry is to raise awareness of the abuse. This inquiry covers the period within living memory of any person who suffered such abuse, but not beyond 17 December 2014.

The Inquiry will report and make any recommendations to Scottish Government Ministers within four years.

Contact the inquiry and read more on the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry website.
