Developer Contributions and Infrastructure Delivery Supplementary Guidance

On 4 April 2017 the Council submitted the first draft Developer Contributions and Infrastructure Delivery (DCID) Supplementary Guidance (SG) to the Scottish Ministers for review with information on how consultation responses were taken into account. The first public consultation took place from 12 December 2016 to 3 February 2017 on the Council's consultation hub.

Following direction from the Scottish Ministers the first draft DCID SG was revised.  The revised SG went before the Housing and Economy Committee on 7 September 2017 for approval. On 12 September 2017 the Council submitted the revised SG along with other documents for review, notifying the Scottish Ministers that the Council proposed to adopt the revised SG. The revised SG can be downloaded below.

Following further direction from the Scottish Ministers, the revised SG was further amended.  The second draft SG was approved by the Housing and Economy Committee on 18 January 2018. A public consultation on the second draft SG is taking place 19 January to 23 February 2018. The second draft SG can be downloaded below.

Once the public consultation has taken place, the finalised second draft SG will be reported to the Housing and Economy Committee for approval. Once approved by the Housing and Economy Committee, the Council will submit the finalised SG to the Scottish Ministers notifying them that the Council proposes to adopt the finalised SG.
