How we're doing
Libraries play an important part in helping the council to build communities which are clean, green, safe, well-maintained, well informed and well engaged. We are always striving to improve, and a key part of that is asking you, the users of our service, how we are doing. We listen to your opinions by:
- analysing Customer Satisfaction data
- placing a feedback button on our web pages
- monitoring complaints, comments and suggestions
- encouraging you to talk to us via social media channels, such as Twitter, Facebook or the Library blog.
Your input is producing real benefits and helping us improve our service.
