City Centre/Leith Neighbourhood Team

Mike Penny, Neighbourhood Manager, leads the City Centre/Leith Neighbourhood Team and manages the development and delivery of a diverse range of services including Housing, Community Safety and Local Environment.  He is also responsible for the development of community involvement and planning through the City Centre and Leith Neighbourhood Partnerships.
