We will work with local businesses to agree better solutions for the storage of waste, including trade waste, once all physical improvements to the streets are complete.

Council and External Funding
A report to Finance and Resource Committee recommending total Council funding of £5.5m for road and environmental improvements was agreed on 31 July 2012, with the following amendment:
"The Director of Services for Communities to ensure that the design team assesses a full range of options to give increased priority for cyclists, including dedicated and mixed use lanes, to complement the proposals of the Active Travel Action Plan."
On 24 September 2013, the Transport Minister Keith Brown announced an additional £3.6m for the delivery of an enhanced design providing significant benefits for pedestrians and cyclists, from the Foot of the Wlak to Picardy Place.
