Notice of times for inspecting returns as to election expenses

The election expenses from the candidates in the 2016 Scottish Parliament Election are available to inspect. If you would like to view them, you can do so at The Elections Office from 10am until 4pm on any weekday, except public holidays. Declarations have not yet been received (as of 20 June) from

  • Shami Khan - Scottish Labour Party
  • Kevin Robert Gore - Solidarity - Scotland's Socialist Movement
  • Ian Watson Russell - Solidarity - Scotland's Socialist Movement
  • Ashley Smith Hubbard - Solidarity - Scotland's Socialist Movement
  • Jane Elizabeth Sutherland - Solidarity - Scotland's Socialist Movement
  • William Pollock Templeton - Solidarity - Scotland's Socialist Movement
  • John Shaw-Steward - UK Independence Party (UKIP).

The election expenses from the candidates in the 2015 UK general election and the Leith Walk by-election held in September 2015 are available to inspect. If you would like to view them, you can do so at The Elections Office

  • 9am and 5pm Mondays to Thursdays
  • 9am to 3.40pm on Fridays
  • except public holidays.

The general election expenses are available until June 2017 and the by-election expenses are available until October 2017. Photocopies will be charged at 20p per side.

The election expenses for the 2016 Scottish Parliament election will be available from 11 June 2016.

At a general election, when candidates return their expenses after the first notice is published, a separate notice is published for each return. These can also be downloaded below.
