How to find or ask for information

What you can find or ask for

We regularly publish a lot of information on our website, including environmental information.  We can also provide it in paper form, although there may be a charge for this.

Already published

You might find what you are looking for in our disclosure log if someone has asked for it in the past.

We also keep a clickable list of what we routinely publish, grouped into subjects.  For example how we operate and who our partners are.  This is called a publication scheme.

You can download our scheme and a guide to it below, including what it costs to make paper copies of information.

We use the 2013 model scheme from the Scottish Information Commissioner or SIC for short. You can find out more about the scheme on the SIC website.

We are running an FOI pilot project from May - Sept 2016.  For more information please visit our Open Data Portal.

Ask about you

To ask for personal information that we might hold about you, see our Ask to see information about you page.

Other information

To ask for any other unpublished information, see our Freedom of Information page and our Environmental Information page.
