Mortonhall Cemetery Baby Rose Garden improvements

Bereavement services are working with families and partners to improve and enhance the Baby Rose Garden. The L shaped section known as SB has now been laid with plum slate and granite number plaques. They have a coloured rose motif to link with the previous roses the area is named after.

Any items removed from around lairs in the Rose Garden SB section have been carefully labelled. They are in safe storage for any families that wish to collect them.

If you wish to place a small granite plaque on your baby's lair in the Rose Garden these can be ordered at cost from Bereavement services.

After requests from some families to improve the cemetery baby section known as KSB we would really like to hear from other families with suggestions for improvement.

The Friends of Mortonhall Cemetery Baby Rose Garden group was set up by parents in spring 2018.
