Building Warrants

A fee based on the estimated cost of the building work must be paid to the City of Edinburgh Council.

The table of fees along with other forms can be downloaded from the Download Building Standards Forms page. If you have any doubt on the correct fee to pay please check with Building Standards.

Fees should be paid by cheque or bankers order payable to 'City of Edinburgh Council' and enclosed with your completed application form.
