Notice of intent to begin work
A notice of intent to begin work is required by Building Standards. You must advise them of the date on which work commenced, within seven days of that date

Fees applicable prior to 1st May 2005
These fees do apply to Building Warrant applications lodged before 1st May 2005. You can no longer apply for a new building warrant under the Building (Scotland) Act 1959 & 1970 but all other fees shown in the table are applicable to applications lodged before 1st May 2005. The Council cannot deal with your application unless the appropriate fee accompanies it.
