Since the customer focus groups and surveys were carried out in 2011 we have been working on a number of the suggestions and actions. The table shows what has been done and what we are currently progressing. We will continue to update the actions as they progress but would also welcome any suggestions you have about these actions or any areas which would improve the delivery of our service. Please email us any suggestions. A fuller list of suggestions is available.
