If you commit an offence before 1 February 2011 the Court can impose the following:
- Probation
- Community Service
- Drug Treatment and Testing Order
- Mandatory Supervised Attendance Order.
If you commit an offence on or after 1 February 2011 the Court can also impose a Community Payback Order but not a Probation, Community Service or a Supervised Attendance Order.
If you are sentenced to a community based order, you will be supervised for the duration of your order. If you are aged 16 and 17 years, you will be supervised by the Youth Offending Service.
