Toilets
The toilets are open daily between 06:00 and 00:00, with a 30 pence charge for use. A baby change facility can be accessed by contacting a member of staff. The disabled toilet is accessed by RADAR key or by contacting a member of staff. Further information on RADAR keys, including how to order one, is available on the RADAR website.

Coin operated left luggage lockers in the main passenger concourse are accessible between Small (450mm/18") Up to 3hrs £2.50; up to 24hrs £5.00 Medium (660m/26") Up to 3hrs £3.00; up to 24hrs £6.00 Large (960mm/38") Up to 3hrs £3.50; up to 24hrs £7.00

Items of lost property are held for 60 days, and can be reclaimed from security between 06:00 and 00:00.
Items found on buses and coaches are held by the operator, who should be contacted in the event of loss.

Payphones are located on the passenger concourse, providing both Internet and voice calling facilities.
ATM
There is an ATM in the bus station next to gate 1. It accepts most valid UK bank and building society cards, free of charge. Major credit cards are also accepted.
WH Smith
Located at the St Andrew Square end of the concourse selling newspapers, magazines, confectionery and soft drinks.

Vending machines for hot and cold drinks and confectionery are available. There are also passport style photo and digital photo print booths on the passenger concourse.

For your protection the bus station is covered by CCTV and has on site security in attendance.
