Edinburgh Bus Station - Facilities

Toilets

The toilets are open daily between 04:45 and 01:15 with a 30 pence charge for use.  A baby change facility can be accessed by contacting a member of staff.  The disabled toilet is accessed by RADAR key or by contacting a member of staff.  Further information on RADAR keys, including how to order one, is available on the RADAR website.

Left luggage

Coin operated left luggage lockers in the main passenger concourse are accessible between
04:45 and 01:15.

Up to 3hrs £3.50; up to 24hrs £8.00

Lockers accept 10p, 20p, 50p, £1.00 and £2.00 coins only. A change facility is available for those that need it. Unattended luggage will be disposed of.

Lost property

Items of lost property are held for up to 59 day (depending when it was lost), and can be reclaimed from security between 04:45 and 01:15.
Items found on buses and coaches are held by the operator, who should be contacted in the event of loss.

Telephones

Payphones are located on the passenger concourse, providing both Internet and voice calling facilities.

ATM

There is an ATM in the bus station next to gate A. It accepts most valid UK bank and building society cards, free of charge. Major credit cards are also accepted.

WH Smith

Located at the St Andrew Square end of the concourse selling newspapers, magazines, confectionery and soft drinks.

Coffee Stop

Also located at the St Andrew Square end of the concourse, selling a selection of snacks and drinks.

Bike Parking

There are cycle racks next to the St James Centre and on North St Andrew Street. Secure lockers are also available for a charge at the bus station - £3 per day, £30 per month or £300 per year . Please speak to our security staff in the Bus Station for more details.

Vending & Instant Photo booths

Vending machines for hot and cold drinks and confectionery are available. There are also passport style photo and digital photo print booths on the passenger concourse.

Security

For your protection the bus station is covered by CCTV and has on site security in attendance.
