Damaged or defective stops and shelters

The Council strives to maintain its stops and shelters in good order. If you would like to report a problem with damaged, dirty or vandalised bus stops or shelters, please contact CLARENCE.

Requests for new stops and shelters

The Council receives many requests for new bus stops and shelters every year. The multi-agency Bus Stop Working Group will consider requests for new stops at regular intervals.

At present, we do not have the resources available to provide more than a very few shelters every year. Should you wish to request a shelter, please contact CLARENCE at the details above and your request will be assessed, and added to a prioritised list if suitable.
