Discounted bus travel with National Entitlement card

Concessionary bus pass

People who live in Scotland and are aged 60 and over or who have a disability can apply for a National Entitlement Card that gives them free bus travel throughout Scotland.

Some disabled people will be able to get a card that allows them and a companion to travel free and people with visual impairments can also access free rail transport.

To apply for a card, you will have to go to one of our libraries as the forms used carry a unique bar code number and can't be downloaded.

You will need to bring with you proof of your address and proof of your entitlement to the card.

You will also need a passport size and quality photograph - head and shoulders only, in colour against a plain background, with nothing obscuring your face.
