Smartphones
Do you have a smartphone such as an iPhone or Android phone? Did you know that you can now pay to park with the new RingGo app? You can download the Android app for free from the Android market. Or iPhone users can get the latest version from the Apple App Store.
The apps make it easy to find your nearest parking place, pay and extend your stay using RingGo cashless parking. Please remember to check that you have the correct street selected before you pay.
Text to Park
Don't have a smartphone, don't worry. You can now pay for your parking with a text message. You can also use this service to make corrections to your payment or extend a session.
For example, to text for payment you simply enter: ringgo <location number> <duration & unit> <card security code>. To pay for one hour in George Street, your message would look like this; ringgo 12003 1h 867
Once you have registered it only costs the price of a standard message. It may even be free if included in your bundle of texts. Find out how quick and easy it is to Text to Park.
Pay online
You can also pay online through the myRingGo website. You can login to your account through your pc or internet-enabled mobile and pay for your parking. You can also find out more news and tips on the RingGo website.
