If you are you being disturbed in your home by:

• construction or demolition noise;

• commercial noise such as air conditioning units (plant noise) or loud music;
• early morning deliveries;
• industrial noise;
• entertainment noise;
• vibration; or
• ice-cream van chimes

call us during normal business hours through our Contact Centre on 0131 529 3030 to find out how we can help you. 

If you're being disturbed by these noises after business hours you can contact us on 0131 200 2000 when the noise is happening a duty officer will be available Thursday & Friday 5.15pm - 4am and Saturday & Sunday 6am - 4am.  At other times your complaint will be dealt with the next working day.
