Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 Legislation
Caters for the sale of alcohol when the venue does not have a Premises Licence.
Everyone involved in the sale or supply of alcohol in licensed premises requires a Personal Licence.
A premises licence is required for premises where the sale of alcohol is part of the business carried on.
The Forum keeps under review the operation of the alcohol licensing system and gives advice and makes recommendations to the Licensing Board.
