Concerns over your Statutory notice

The Property Conservation service, which issues statutory notices and organises repairs, is currently under review. An independent investigation is being carried out by Deloitte who are examining various complaints and all matters of concern. 

While the investigation is ongoing, the Property Conservation service is dealing only with emergencies and works which have already started.

The time scale for completion of the investigation and review is not yet known but it will be carried out as quickly as possible. Our main focus is on improving the service to you and responding to any concerns you have.

We are sorry if the situation is causing you worry or inconvenience.

Payment for works

If you have received a bill for works organised by Property Conservation you should make arrangements to pay it.

Lodging a complaint about works

If you have specific concerns about the works or how the works were managed, you can lodge a complaint to the Resolution Team using the postal address or email address on this page and the matter will be investigated.
