The Access Point offers a holistic housing, health and social care service to people who are experiencing homelessness.
Housing service
A specialist service for people over 18 who are homeless and have multiple needs. You can call to make an appointment to see someone at The Access Point or to arrange for a home, hospital or prison visit from a Housing Officer.
Social care service
A duty, assessment and care management service for people over 16 who do not have care of children. You can call to make an appointment.
A drop in service is available for social care and housing crisis problems.
Opening hours
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday- 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday- 10:00am to 5:00pm
Friday- 9:00am to 4:00pm
Drop in service hours
Monday to Thursday- 1:30pm to 4:00pm
Friday- 1:30pm to 3:00pm
