Next Generation Text Service (NGT) for deaf and hard of hearing

Customers with hearing difficulties can contact us via NGT by dialing 18001 + the required telephone number listed above. Using this service is free of charge but standard network rates for your phone provider may apply. Please check with your provider. More information about NGT(external link).

British Sign Language Video Relay Service (VRS) for Deaf people

To use this online British Sign Language interpreting service to contact the Council, log on via Contact Scotlandor use the app. This service is free of charge.
