    Hello there,I live in a tenement block 2 St Peter's Buildings, Gilmore Place, Edinburgh EH3 9PG. Well over a year ago sonoeme left a large black plastic Blackwall compost convertor in our common stair hall entrance. No one has claimed it since then.
