Council Leader welcomes new tenant for major office development

Brewin Dolphin, one of the UK's largest independent investment managers for private clients will be moving in June 2013 to Atria Edinburgh, the City of Edinburgh Council's landmark Grade A office development located next to the EICC (Edinburgh International Conference Centre). This new development is presently under construction in the heart of Edinburgh's premier business district.

Cllr Jenny Dawe, Leader of the City of Edinburgh Council said:  "Atria Edinburgh is a key development for the city and it is fantastic that we are able to announce Brewin Dolphin locating to Atria One.  It is a top quality building that will be a fitting home for such a well-known company. To have secured a tenant of this calibre a year ahead of completion is quite exceptional."

Atria Edinburgh is being developed and funded by the City of Edinburgh Council with part-funding from Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh & Lothian (SEE&L). Edinburgh International Conference Centre Ltd is a wholly owned company of The City of Edinburgh Council.
