Learning Disability Festival Friday 18 August

Come along to the Meadows tomorrow (Friday 18 August) to help us celebrate the achievements of people who have a learning disability and the organisations who provide support to them.

The theme for this years’ event is, ‘Friends, Families & Communities’ and promises to be a wonderful opportunity to showcase the contributions that people with Learning Disabilities make to the communities in which they live – including the contributions made to the world of work, in volunteer support and community involvement.

There will be people talking about their own success stories as well as information stalls and activities for everyone to get involved in!
