Police chief visits Drumbrae Library Hub

Councillor Paul Edie, chair of the Western Edinburgh Neighbourhood Partnership, was today (Monday 21 Nov) showing Lothian and Borders Police's Chief Constable David Strang around the new Drumbrae Library Hub.

This facility will be a new home to around a dozen police officers from the West Edinburgh Safer Neighbourhood Team, joining the new library and Council's Neighbourhood Team.

Cllr Edie said: "This wonderful facility is a great example of what can be achieved when public agencies work together. I am sure everyone in the area will be delighted to have police officers working from the very heart of their community."
