You can also request assistance on behalf of someone else.
You no longer have to use your mygovscot myaccount. However, if you choose not to log in, you won't see the history of your requests on your mygovscot myaccount.
Request help to put out your bins
This form should only be used if you are looking to set up a new assisted collection. It should not be used for missed collections.
Due to changes in staff, we might need to empty your bins at different times. Please make sure your bins are easily accessible and visible to our staff. We might need to change the place where we collect your bins from or return them to.
