The Communications Service is the 'in-house agency' handling PR, service promotion, internal communications, advertising, design, web and new media for services across the council. It is the point of contact for request to use the Council's logo and branding or coat of arms (crest). It also produces news in various forms to tell the public and others about its policies, decisions and initiatives.
