The Council can assist you in modifying your home should it no longer meet your needs.
If you own your property or if you are a tenant of a Registered Social Landlord (Housing Association) please contact Social Care Direct.
If it is the needs of your child which are not being addressed by your current home, please contact the Children & Families Social Care Direct.
