Making a complaint
  • We want to provide high quality services, but sometimes things go wrong. If we make a mistake, we will try to sort out your complaint on the spot if we can.
  • We will provide a formal complaints and suggestions system that is easy to use and publish the complaints and suggestions we receive and how we have dealt with them.
  • We will make it easy for you to complain by making our complaints and comments form available at all our offices.
  • We will also advise you of what steps you can take if you are still not happy.
