Edinburgh City Centre Transformation

Consultation on proposals runs from 20 May to 28 June 2019. You can give your views online or come to one of our public exhibitions where you can talk with the team:

  • Thursday 30 May, City Art Centre 10am - 7pm
  • Friday 7 June, National Museum, Hawthornden Court, Chambers Street 10am - 5pm
  • Saturday 15 June, National Museum, Hawthornden Court, Chambers Street 10am - 5pm

The exhibition will remain on display in the National Museum from 7 to 15 June but team members will only be there on the dates above.

We'll also have 'pop up' events - please drop by to speak to the team:

  • Festival Square – Wednesday 5 June, 12 noon – 5pm
  • Grassmarket – Wednesday 26 June, 12 noon – 5pm

Low Emission Zones

Consultation will run until Sunday 21 July 2019. You can provide your views online or come to one of our public exhibitions:

Specific workshops to discuss in detail the proposed boundaries, grace periods, and vehicles proposed to be included will be held on:

  • Session 2 - Tuesday 9 July, Waverley Court (Room C47/48), The City of Edinburgh Council, 4 East Market Street, EH8 8BG, 6pm - 8pm
  • Session 3 - Monday 15 July, City Chambers, 253 High Street, Edinburgh EH1 1YJ, 10am - 12.30pm

Please note: the workshop originally scheduled for Monday 1 July at the City Chambers has been postponed.
