Housing Advice and Information Strategy
The Housing Advice and Information Strategy is a review of the provision of housing advice and information within the Housing Department. The Strategy will facilitate a move towards pro-active, customer-centred working. Both the quality of advice and information available will enable home seekers to make informed choices, whilst actively participating in finding their home. The Strategy looks at going beyond simply fulfilling our statutory obligations.
