Applications Online The City of Edinburgh Council now provides a number of Planning and Building Standards services online through its Planning and Building Standards Portal. Through the Portal you can now submit, view, and follow the progress of planning and building warrant applications. Making Building Warrant Applications - This service is not currently available.
